  1. Project planning and initial research.
  2. Identify key issues and pain points in the human resources industry, consult with industry leaders.
  3. Pilot test the technical solution in an artificial and controlled environment.
  4. Analyze pilot test results and research decentralized identity issues in web3 ecosystems.
  5. Develop Whitepaper 1.0 in 2022 as a valuable starting point for research and development. While it was not ultimately published, it served as the foundation for creating a new and improved version in 0’23.

Solution Identification Phase (0’23- Q-1)

  1. Hire project associates from IIT Kanpur, IIT Delhi, and other premium institutions to develop a more secure, transparent, and immutable solution.
  2. Develop the concept of the complete ecosystem with Job Mining, Jobdex, Web3 Resume, and Linkcert.
  3. Finalize the open-source technical solution and expand the team of contributors.
  4. Develop Tokonomics and token distribution of the project.
  5. Create core values and ideology and establish guidelines for the future ethics of the project.
  6. Develop version 2.0 of the White Paper.
  7. Book domain names and finalize the project branding and logo design.-

  7. Enhance the chatbot's responses by refining them using continuous user testing, implementing sentiment analysis, and integrating additional NLP techniques to better understand user sentiments, preferences, and opinions.
  8. Investigate the potential of CRM integration and proactive chat by utilizing NLP and CRM data to provide personalized assistance and guidance to users based on their browsing history, past interactions, and other relevant information.
