HrrKoin Team Progress Meeting: Exciting Updates and New Goals

Hello everyone! Welcome to our 15-day progress update. A plave where every department dicusses their challenges, goal, achivenments & milestones, while also discussong future plans across all the team members. Let’s dive right in!

1.Digital Department

First up, we have the digital department. They’ve been hard at work on our website and social media presence. The website saw many changes, particularly with button redirects and the inclusion of some awesome new blog posts. In the last 15 days, we published four to six new blogs, which boosted our user numbers by 20-30%.

We’ve also linked our site to Google Search Console, which has improved our SEO. Additionally, we’ve been actively hiring interns and sharing welcome posts for new team members on LinkedIn and other social media platforms.

Our goal for the next 15 days is to refine our site further. Stay tuned for more exciting updates!

Social Media Team

Our social media team has been busy too. They’re creating and scheduling posts for different platforms. Here’s the breakdown:

LinkedIn: Thursdays are for our brand posts, Fridays for new features or trends in blockchain and AI, and Tuesdays for interesting news or blogs.
Meta (formerly Facebook): Similar to LinkedIn with some fun posts on Fridays.
Twitter: Highlighting the latest news about crypto, Her Coin, and blockchain, plus new events and updates.
Discord and Telegram: Keeping our community engaged with the latest news and updates.

They also created sample posts and planned a content calendar for the whole month.

2. Design and Development Department

Next up, our design and development team. They have collaborated to make our website and app look amazing and function smoothly.

Design Team

Our design team focused on some exciting new banners for the home page. They chose a dark theme, which fits perfectly with the cryptocurrency world. They also planned the initial website structure and created a design for our Telegram web app to make it less heavy and more efficient.

Development Team

Our development team has been coding away to bring these designs to life. They implemented SSO (Single Sign-On) for login, referral tracking, and profile pages. They’ve faced some challenges, like sending PDF files over the internet, but they’re making great progress.

They’ve also been busy with hiring contributors and have received some impressive project submissions. The goal is to complete the app soon so our community can start using it.

3. HR Department

Our HR team has been on a hiring spree! They prepared job posts, sourced candidates, screened resumes, conducted interviews, and sent out offer letters. They even faced challenges with a high volume of applications but managed it well.

Recent Achievements

Corporate Alliance Manager: Received 1,854 applications and shortlisted eight candidates.
Doctors for Various Roles: Hired for positions like BAMS, BHMS, OT technicians, neurosurgeons, and more across different locations.

We’ve successfully onboarded new team members, Ankita and Ekta, For Businees development & Corporate alliance and are excited to have them on board.
